2nd Special Forces Group
Rules and Regulations
1. Stolen valor will not be tolerated in the group.
1.1 Individuals cannot lie to anyone about their service.
1.2 Evidence of service must be provided through conversation, questioning and images
1.3 All acclaimed Veterans who join will be asked a number of questions to confirm their legitimacy. Please do not be offended when you are questioned, it is only to keep the reputation up.
2. Minimum joining age is 16.
2.1. Age maybe waivered depending on maturity, skill, and willingness to follow orders and learn.
3. All members are expected to attend at least two out of four meetings a week.
4. Veterans and Active Service personnels are permitted to keep the rank they held during their Military Service depending on the result of initial interview
5. Members cannot turn up to events or meetings under the influence of any Alcohol or Narcotics
5.1. Turning up to events or meetings under the influence of Alcohol or Narcotics will result in an instant Level 3 Warning with the possibility of suspension and possibility of being reported to Law Enforcement Officers.
5.2 Depending on substance and severity of intoxication can result in dismissal.
6. Depending on the mission, will depend on equipment that is currently being used. Pay attention and stick to what equipment and clothing the rest of the Unit is wearing
7. Do not play music down microphone unless you have been asked to
8. Always follow orders to the best of your ability
9. Before joining make sure you have money to buy our uniforms.
10. Have a microphone
11. No killing of crew members
12. Have mutual respect towards your members
13. Notify leader if something is out of place (Identity will be kept a secret)
PROMOTIONS
1. Promotions are recieved on the basis of time, meeting standards, showing responsibility, and going above and beyond the current rank
2. Promotions may be requested. All requests will be noted. Further requests for the same rank will be ignored
3. Promotions will be recommended by other members to the Detachment Commander, or to the Detachment Commander upwards the Chain of Command
4. Those who have requested or have been recommended for promotion will be discussed about by a board of Officers
LAW OF WAR & RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
1. Training Exercises & Combat Operations
a) Do not fire unless you are given permission to fire, or unless you are fired upon and are in a defensive situation or unless members are in operations which depicts allowing firing at own will.
b) All explosive firearms must be announced prior to usage, and in the appropriate cases, must have permission
2. Freemode
a) Do not engage harmless players
b) Only engage when other players are in a hostile vehicle, are showing hostility towards members, or are marked red on the map
VIOLATIONS
1. Reporting
a) To report another member, you must firstly privately report to your Detachment Commander or SNCO to attempt resolution
b) Should the Detachment Commander choose to report up the Chain of Command, a board of Officers will decide the neccesary disciplinary action against the violator
2. Discipline
a) First time violators will recieve two Verbal Warnings via a private meeting with an Officer
b) After two Verbal Warnings, the violator will recieve a Promotion Restriction Status, where they will be considered out of the promotion pool for a necessary amount of time according to their violation
c) Third time violation, Individuals will be either suspended for a certain length of time dependant on their violation or shall be discharged from 2SFG
3. Demotion
a) After the violator's second Promotion Restriction Status, the member will be demoted
b) If there is no change in behavior up to the point of demotion, the member will be dishonorably discharged with no future possibility of re-enlisting
SEXUAL HARASSMENT
1. Sexual Harassment Definition
Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination that involves unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:
a) Submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly
b) Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. Any person in a supervisory or command position who uses or condones any form of sexual behavior to control, influence, or affect the crew member or civilian employee is engaging in sexual harassment. Similarly, any crew member or civilian ally who makes deliberate or repeated unwelcome verbal comments, gestures, or physical contact of a sexual nature in the workplace is also engaging in sexual harassment.
2. Formal Complaints
a) All Operators have the right and responsibility to lodge a legitimate formal complaint of sexual harassment without fear of reprisal.
b) Assistance in filing a formal complaint is available from the Unit Commander or Crew Leader
3. False or Malicious Complaints
a) An intentionally false complaint of sexual harassment may be, among other things, chargeable as a "false official statement". An Operator who makes an intentionally false complaint may be subject to adverse administrative or disciplinary action. A complaint that is not substantiated does not automatically constitute an intentionally false complaint
4. Elements of Sexual Harassment Behaviors
For a person’s behavior to be considered sexual harassment, it must meet three criteria:
a) it must be unwelcome
b) it must be sexual in nature
c) it must occur in or impact on the work environment

GROOMING STANDARDS & APPEARANCE
1. Hairstyle
a) Hair must be neat and must be selected from the Short Hair category
b) Hair is preferred to be of natural color. Hair of unnatural color must be covered by Uniform Regulation headgear
2. Facial Hair, Makeup & Jewelry.
a) Facial hair must be of natural color
b) Make up is reserved for female members only
c) Regulations do not allow extreme styles of make up or Jewelry
3. Tattoos
a) Tattoos or brands on the neck, head (including face), and hands are prohibited
UNIFORM
1. Regulation Uniform must be worn at all times on active duty
2. The type of Uniform is determined by the most senior member of the group
3. All members have a mandatory obligation to have Dress Uniform, and Combat Utility Uniform
4. Members of further Specialty Roles have the mandatory obligation to retrieve the Uniform pertaining to that role
